They are not expected to do such thing. The requirement is 100 posts on account (as in previous posts or total posts of the account , yes , a bit confusing)
The weekly (and in this case , a three day) requirement is 20 posts, and not a 100.

On the point of spreadsheet and manager, i agree - they should have them, and escrow as well, and i hope op will provide.

I think the rate per post made you all blind well if you got no payment at least i have warned you all

Pretty damn slim pickings in the signature campaign world right now; plenty of campaigns have had newbies running them and have turned out just fine. There's very few campaigns open right now, and the few that pay in bitcoin pay very little. Still better than nothing.

The way i see it it's pretty simple:

OP updated/edited 7:50 AM, today (12.8.) , and before that stated that they're accepting applicants until said otherwise, so ..
if you made an enrollment post here before 7:50 AM today, you should be in (if you followed the rules from OP)

The lack of managing,escrow,spreadsheet and clear rules is obvious, tho.

Why would everybody directly jump to join this campaign and even OP rules are not cleared, no spreadsheet how can he knows how many posts are he going to pay, no escrow how can you sure(the members of the campaign or the ones who wear already the signature) that you will be paid by this campaign, and besides there is no campaign manager there are possibilities that this campaign will be successful. This campaign is totally a mess

The rules are definitely clear but the transparency is not that good, like what you have mentioned that there is no spreadsheet where most of the campaign maintain one, don't worry we are about to find out because according to the OP today is the payment, if he members will not be paid then this is scam, I am pretty sure that when the payment will be ruled out, many will also be interested to join even it is full already as per OP statement.

I'm just showing you how the rules are set out, but i also feel that they are pretty confusing to many and should be better explained.
Like excluding memberships below full member , if they don't want new users to promote them.

There is no list actually, if you want to join you just have to trust the OP since you cannot be sure if you are accepted or not. May just apply after the payment will be release this day, since the OP said that it is the schedule of payment.

By what OP said so far, it seams everyone who enrolled until they closed down applications (op was edited at that time).
It should all be more clear today either way, because it's pay day today - a perfect chance to see if they are legit or scam.
