I made 11 posts so far and did not want the posts I made counted as spam because there was in fact only 3 days to make those 20 posts that were a requirement.
I did have 100 posts but had one deleted by a moderator so dropped under that mark when you did do the post count for last week.

I agree, What was promised should be paid. This is exactly the kind of things that happen when campaign funds are not escrowed and there is no one to manage the campaign.
I would give it a bit of time, like 24 hours or so, in order for them to have the chance to fix the issue and pay accordingly, before calling it scam, maybe it's just an oversight on their part.

If this problem cannot be resolve, there is a big possibility that the members will leave in the next week. And I see in the post that there are good number of applicants but only few are getting paid. I like to see the OP settled his debt to the members and should be done the soonest.

Read the OP. It says you should have a post count of at least 100 to participate in this campaign.

If you have that, then you just need to make a minimum of 20 posts per week in order to get full payment.
