What is the cheapest mining hardware that I could buy? I mean I am searchin for a cheap, yet profitable and good miner (good as good for a low price). I do not mean like a CPU for 150$, but something cheap that can mine, like a low-end miner.

How low end? RX 470 is the lowest end card I would consider if I had a low budget, it is profitable, power efficent and pretty powerful.
