Can I use these cards to withdraw from venmo and USA paypal accounts? If so I might be interested in taking a few cards and also will use an escrow until I receive the cards. if it will work then I will only need the digits since I will be using it for online purchases and since I am not in the US I won't be able to withdraw the funds from the card.

Yes, it working in PayPal and Venmo.
We can used escrow, i ship cards when u received then escrow realesed funds.

Are these temp cards and can not be used at ATM ?
Do they send a customized card to address on profile ?

These are initial cards that can be purchased at any Family Dollar, Walmart, ect. $4.95-$5.95 activation fee is applied at the time of purchase.

And to the comment above from Kirch, you will recieve a personalized card from Serve with your name on it once you register the card. But if you have ever been banned from Serve or Bluebird, they won't work for you. Also, you can no longer do Bluebird to Serve Transfers. Only Serve to Serve and BB to BB.

2)How can you use Temp card at ATM with out having PIN number ? have you set the PIN number or can be set ?

2. When you register temp card u set up PIN online
3. They work in store and ATM USA (about Europe i don't know because never used it)
