Use the site localbitcoins.com.When you try to put bitcoins on one wallet, somehow there was a substitution and they went to another wallet.Where it came from, can't understand it,use copy-paste,but I this address is not familiar.Tell me how to get bitcoins or how to get access to the wallet or to find the owner of the purse, or at least to know where and when it was created.Still not a small sum of 2.9 BTC.This purse is clean, neither one transaction nor at the input nor at the output. And what all you can do in this case?Support says my mistake when entering an address, or a rootkit.Everything checked out,the computer net and typing errors could not be.Thanks in advance!BTC wallet: 14zpdrA1dh44AW1yXX2dx5PBiQojVyy4s6 ;Hash: 3af1a0e9731e86ffe8b9d7b0a801d32240ce294f97c8d27bf34fdbeb4d077023 . Bitcoin transactions are not reversible.

Let's say you've given your money to somebody in the airport before leaving with (another) plane.
And now you are asking for them.

That transaction is already confirmed, there is nothing you can do about it. Bitcoin transactions are not reversible.

Make sure that your computer has no viruses. There are viruses that exist that modify your clipboard so that the address that it pastes is an attackers. These viruses can be hard to detect though.

Thanks for spending a little over 10 minutes here. Wondering if you will ever log in again.
I've never used Local Bitcoin, so not sure how it works.
You may have lost your btc, but you may not have.

I have seen a very similar thing with a Local bitcoin transaction.
A "friend" told me he had purchased on Local Bitcoin, and told me his address.
When I checked the balance of that address on blockchain it was zero.
(seem very much like your situation)

However, he was able to send the purchased Bitcoin to a paper wallet.
(i did not investigate where he went wrong, but he did still control his bitcoin. i presumed he did not know how to understand his wallet/localbitcoin correctly. i presume you are also inexperienced in bitcoin?)

You have said customer service have said it was your mistake.
Your mistake may only be that you don't realise you own this 14zpdrA1dh44AW1yXX2dx5PBiQojVyy4s6 address also.
The balance of 2.9btc is still in 14zpdrA1dh44AW1yXX2dx5PBiQojVyy4s6. (5 days)

Have you tried sending bitcoin from your wallet?

My bitcoin wallet the other...I checked all the sites I worked with, where you can make a Deposit, this is not anywhere.I don't understand how he could take.I think so too that it might be mine, because bitcoins are on the spot and no they haven't been removed. But how do you know its binding to a site or anything?

Do you know which wallet you use?
(not address, wallet)

Was this your first Bitcoin transaction ever?
Do you have other bitcoin, are they missing?
Have you tried sending since this purchase?

I worry about this is your mistake and there is no virus that can changing something when you copy a bitcoin address maybe that's your bitcoin address too but you forget when you create another one.

Unluckily for you Bitcoin transactions are not reversible, and your transaction is already confirmed , so i don't see any solution for this issue, especially after the response of localbitcoin's support telling you that was your mistake.

Your Bitcoins are lost forever (at least for you). The nature of Bitcoin is that a transaction is irreversible when it is confirmed. And your transaction is confirmed. So no chance to get them back. Sorry for your loss.

What wallet are you using not and address can you share if you are using coinbase xapo or any online wallet?
also better to put some screen shots so that we can see whats happen to your transaction or whats happen to your wallet..
So that we know the real reason about your issue..

I use the wallet on the blockchain as the main. But as we all know,on exchanges and other websites generate new wallets. For example for those who do not understand:I needed to send bitcoins from the site of the exchanger on the bitcoin wallet of the seller 1LBcjMvcQhCAZbQiJ7AqfpZNkzZS2n1Q9u ,with copy-paste have been inserted the number of the bitcoin wallet. My main wallet I haven't used! When sending to a bitcoin wallet, the substitution of(somehow) to bitcoin wallet 14zpdrA1dh44AW1yXX2dx5PBiQojVyy4s6 !In this case, my generated bitcoin wallet is 1JhDFzxPpyqyn2arvRroU9GRTs2HTfyeQD on the website localbitcoins.com and the bitcoins were sent from 1N1DwjxNJDxFa9ekGgfJxqoyhfyoobPaSx bitcoin wallet!Where to find the truth? How can this be?And how I can fix this? All this can be seen on the website blockchain.I have just one question:how to determine which site might be relevant to this bitcoin wallet in which the money went?Where such data can be find and see?And look here, a Jabberwocky and repeat for the other...NOTHING is IMPOSSIBLE!!!
...incidentally,this message is also compiled with the help of copy-paste,but no substitute ' and never happened!

--snipped some badly formatted text--
I have just one question:how to determine which site might be relevant to this bitcoin wallet in which the money went?Where such data can be find and see?
--snip--

Such data are impossible to be found because the address 14zpdrA1dh44AW1yXX2dx5PBiQojVyy4s6 doesn't have anything that links it to other sites (except the one that came from your localbitcoin wallet).

Localbitcoins.com has the name, email and phone number of all their customers. They can contact the owner of that wallet, you need to explain to them that you bought some coins that never went into your address but went to someone else's.

Not that they can withdraw it back for you, but they can contact the person to ask for a refund. If he does not cooperate with them, he will be marked on localbitcoins.com

Hi

that address do not belong to a localbitcoins user.

Therefore you should investigate who owns the address and where did you got that address in the first place.

If you know who the owner of a given address, you can ask him/her to return the payment.

Unfortunately we are unable to determine who owns a specific wallet.

Well then your coins are simply gone sad bud true

You really should scan or format your computer to avoid this situation next time and make sure you install some antivirus/antispyware and keep them up to date each time

And double check the copy pasted wallet the next time i am sorry for you but this was ha very expensive leason to learn Sad

Ok, I cooled down now.

I don't know what has happened here. The information is far, far to vague.
I think it is almost as likely that the 2.9 btc are still in control of OP, as it is that he was hacked.

With respect to knightdk, but no other poster here I don't think, this looks to me like a possible case of confusion from OP.
As I said I have personally seen this situation before. (from the sideline)
If OP is or is not in control of this address, how would local bitcoin "customer services" know any different?  Huh

So all I can see is that OP wont explain clearly, and took my enquiries as trolling (looking now, i can understand why), even though I am the only poster who believes he still has a chance of still being in control of his 2.9 btc. (hero member, no sig  Cheesy)

Knightdk, until I see some information from OP (or others) that tells me otherwise, I'm sticking to that possibility.
Maybe you could coax some info out of him for me?  Smiley
