Maybe a topic in the slack channel can be what it takes to create another Pascal pool.

Looks great but shares are going down down down . . . since yesterday !!!
The coin needs more work to do in mining problems and .. Price is also very cheap according to quantity.

Sorry guys but this thread is too big for me to follow.
I modified the pascal cuda miner and optimized it, now it's doing 900 Mh/s on a 1070 consuming just 100W.
Is it good? Worth working on it, now that there are pools?

Yes please can you do it for the pool there is no pool for nvidia yet, and we can't mine solo anymore hashnet is too big, this just turned into amdcoin instead of pascal and this is ironic

The miner is too basic to be adapted to pools.

Never seen that error. But I have not enough power to mine a block as a final test.

network hashrate continues to climb exponentially according to http://explorer.pascalcoin.org/

while other profitable gpu coins difficulty rises as well.

not the trend one would expect.

putting aside the unlikely explanation that a few million gpu's have just been added to the global mining pool, does anyone know anything about bitcoin sha asic being adapted to this algo or possibly some drastic optimizations in the current mining software?

no use mining old school with a few gpu's when people have an outdated s3 doing equal to 100x GPU's worth of work.

as an aside, anyone want to buy my s3? Smiley

few million? network is only 10TH, and a single gpu can do 1G...there are only 10k+ gpu, more than possible with all the gpu combined that are now mining all the altcoin

the absolute nethash of all the altcoin right now, might be 1 million gpu at least

https://pasc.suprnova.cc/index.php?page=gettingstarted

For some reason Suprnova is linking a Bitcoin miner for PASC.

PASC and BTC both use the SHA-256 algorithm.
Maybe someone has figured out how to mine with ASIC.

Hi Folks,

HI TO EVERYBODY

This message is only to INFORM you that I'm still alive and I will continue working with you

... BUT ... This has been a VERY CRAZY WEEK for all... I need this weekend ....  please be patient ... next week I'll (try to) answer hundreds of emails ... but must be patient

THANKS FOR YOUR COMPRENSION

The dev.

Barely able to write English, no information what so ever to the community and asking for the weekend off whilst your account is online.

How this coin reached .001 is a miracle, I'm sure the dev had fun dumping all of his coins over the past few days.

What a joke.

I do believe this is missing any Respect !

I did read any initial mining advices,
although I made a view mistaces,
in setting it on.

I´m very impressed about the whitepaper, THIS seems 2 be an NEW
(and very usable) NEW implementation of blockchain.

Surely I missed the train, recognised this annotation only after watching Polo (2 late).

Comparing the "community-input" from before Polo and afterwoods,
it seems, there got a lot of greedy people in here ^^ !

I do not even think [ @PascalCoin ], it is good 4 the wealth of a Coin,
if more then 80% of the mining power is concentrated in a "pool"
and I am holding up 35 Clients via P2P .

My Hashrate is very low, but I support the NetWork (I will nether get an Account),
what do all the greedy people do ?

I even got a block (wt 2 Cores of an X9650),
but I got Errors because the the NAT-4004 didn´t work right,
check if you got Clients in your P2P,
no block without.

Even though I am more BTC orientated, I will keep my block, if I will ever get one again (and an Account).

P.S. I am not native english (Kraut), nor the Developer (Spain) ist - some President of the USA talked about "old europe" ...

... please make an educated guess !
