Great Exchange, i like the interface, clean and minimal as it should be. I like also that you don't have a trollbox in your frontage, maybe you could however put a sort of chat in the website for users and traders.. I would like also to see some sort of dice game or something like that linked to exchange itself.
Keep up the good work and I'm sure your exchange will become a reference in cryptos.

Very strange !! Exchanger Two coins Address Disabled !!!! Why heman coin you had Fraud? I would like to transfer a deposit. but the address was wrong ?? Whats your background in the crypto community?   As much as I support new exchanges, its good to know about the setup and ownership to avoid losing coins.  That being said best of luck for the future

I ll copy paste from another topic what I have wrote.

Ok, got hacked on https://www.cryptorex.com and someone took 0.17BTC and I didn't have 2FA but that don't seems to be the reason for this to happen it is something else.
I have send 0.20BTC to try to buy some VLT and placed about 0.03BTC on BUY orders and that's what's left because the one who took my BTC didn't cancel my orders.
It happened hour ago when I was away from my comp. I see that I received mail for password change from cryptorex but mail was unopened and my mail account isn't hacked.
So someone changed my password without using confirmation link in the mail. Also he wasn't using brute force or something like that, he simply requested password change directly from the site and changed it somehow. Nothing else is missing on my computer or other exchanges, nothing in my mail and like I said I can't see anything that shows me that it was phishing attack.

In every platform someone must be the first to invert (Poloniex too), but, anyway, I'm agreed with you and I haven't risked so much BTC, but they are MY "not so much BTC" and I want they come back to my wallet

Yeah would be nice to have some update, how long this onhold would last..... have just few VLT there, but............

their last update yesterday from chat was:
Support: markets are under maintenance, we're upgrading our software
Support: we will cancel all the orders so that users can have back their balance in funds
Support: we're currently upgrading totally our exchange software
Support: our new version will be ready in 1/2 months
Support: and it will be totally better and more feature filled, bug free, more infos will be discolesd soon

This is totally amazing... 0 support... you started the exchange update without a word to the users that it will take so long... funds blocked for 1/2 month... You said that we could cancel our orders in order to withdrawal our funds and nothing... really... you are gaining my trust every second... Good job for an exchange... keep this way... At the moment I don't know if all of this is only a BIG SCAM and you are stealing our BTC or you have no no idea of what to do to make a profitable exchange... anyway... you are gaining my trust... I don't have a lot of BTC invested in your exchange, but it isn't the point... more or less BTC it doesn't matter, the point is they ARE MY BTC and you are kidnapped them (in the best situation) or stolen them (in the worst sitiation)

Support: All the orders will be removed by Cryptorex staff on the 7th Septmeber. Sorry for the delay.

Is looks fishy, but will give them a bit of a doubt to fix this as soon as possible

pls do it asap, a week to unlock withdrawal and trades is way enough if you are honest ppl
