looking for Partner in new Altcoin exchange

yesterday i was there in Rio for the common group of sidechain submit, i am overhelmed that the people are really enjoying the new concept of sidechain.
As of sheer profit in my mind i wish to open a new altcoin exchange , i do have hands on experience of dozen of altcoin and out some which some are successful. I do have flow hand on in making web and desktop wallets.
Looking for people who can believe on me and invest with me.

You are looking for partner in altcoin exchange but what is your skills? You can only do desktop wallets and web? I can do the same and even more job and If I'll invest, than what will be profit, 50/50? If half you and half me, than do you know seo very well? Can you rank at first website? If no, that is bad offer for anyone who wants to be your partner and it will be good if you'll write more information here and not in PM.

I really don't think you are going to have much success if you don't have a fully laid out business plan in mind, or plan of attack with a fully functional dev team ready to fix problems... either that, or you won't have many people coming to your site.  You will have to go against the big boys (poloniex, bitfinex, etc.) and have to convince the day traders over there to come to your site.  I feel if you don't have a compelling reason for them to do so, then you might as well stop now.

Plus, you also have bitsquare, which will be decentralized and doesn't require a centralized source such as your website to trade altcoins... even though it doesn't have much volume as of now, it's starting to garner a lot of attention.

I agree with your words. Investment is a major factor that will bring success to your business idea. You can take example of all business man. First you should get popularity then rest. Because once your site gets famous then all would come to site like honey bees

What exactly you're looking for ?
Developers ? Investors ? Project Managers ?
Sorry if you don't have anything more to contribute to the project rather than just the vague idea,no one would be interested in taking the initiative.You should offer a set of skills and mention the required ones.Also as long as the idea is concerned,it's already used by a lot of companies they are quite established for a similar idea to take them over.
