I have the 0.12.1 client and I noticed that while I can select "custom > per kilobyte" it wont let me select "total at least, it's greyed out. I dont remember this on the windows client as I'm not using Linux.

Ideas ?

It's only available when using coin control and you've already selected your inputs. Otherwise how can you even know what a good total fee is?

Fair question. But for what the wallets used for, the fee, I want to set is more than fair. It's part of a lotto system I revamped on to a new system. Ty for the reply.
