The affiliate account generated around $420 in 4 months.

Payouts occur every $100, and 30-60 days after the customer completes the sale. Many customers create reservations early, and complete the sale at a later date, so this is one thing to note.  The account has generated about $420 in commissions since Mid April. With about ~$100 paid out.

There is zero work hours that need to be put in.

Listing price is 50% lower than industry valuation practices. ([3-12 Months’ Average Net Profit] x (20 to 30) = Listing Price)

But the payout structure is a little off.
If you can explain to me how this works then you might have someone that could possibly purchase this from you if everything is easily transferable.
But one thing that is in my mind right now, is if there is no work involved and it is automated then why would you want to sell this program?

yes, applicable to all countries. They pay you through paypal, wire, or check I believe.
