I've already searched through the couple of threads already made here about this but have yet to find a solution.

I received .0002 into one of my wallets today for liking a page on Facebook on the services page. Seems I can't send this anywhere no matter how hard I try. I've checked the transaction and some of the other addresses have spent what they got and it has over 100+ confirmations.

Anybody have an idea what might be going on here?

Which wallet are you using?
Are you trying to spend other funds in your transaction that might be unconfirmed?

Those funds looks fine to me.

It could be because the transaction has multiple dust outputs, that are under the dust threshold of 5370 (I think) satoshis. Someone said that those transactions are harder to spend somewhere, but im not completely sure. Try downloading Electrum and spending it there by importing your private keys.

taking a break - expect delayed responses

A little more info could come from having your bitcoin address.  There were several outputs to different addresses and not knowing which is yours makes it harder to help.
