you don't have Electrum as one of your choices in the poll, why is that? i think you should try it and think for yourself but it is a good wallet and i really like using it, especially since i can not run a full node because of my slow internet speed.

Bitcoin core for full wallet. Electrum for SPV wallet.
Bet we'll see some replies recommending exchange wallets.
If you are in the Philippines, I suggest you use (CoinsPh). It is easy to use and the bitcoin is automatically converted into Peso . Don't listen to this guy. CoinsPh is basically like coinbase. It's a fully online site, all your bitcoin is in control of them. They can run away with your funds at any time. I don't think so, I already using it and get my pay out.

I think you should continue to be cautious with the exchange or wallet that have a third party As far as I concern, I don't have any problem using CoinsPH. It is beneficial to me here in the Philippines.

It depends on what you need. If you need more security, go for Blockchain. If you need accessibility, go for coins.ph. Also if you reside in the Philippines, coins.ph is best. Although Bitcoin Core is the most secured among all of them. But difficult to maintain.

It depends on country the users are belongs and that is correct here in the Philippines coins.ph is the best bitcoin wallet for me because there more services offered to each users. And i think each country has a different bitcoin wallet and their services but i recommend blockchain.info.

you should always read the real announcement which you can usually find on the main website, coinbase blocks my country otherwise i would have posted the link here. the rumor is jut about coinbase and paypal working things out it is about coinbase giving you the option to withdraw fiat to your paypal for a big fee. and that is all. nothing more. and there is no partnership really.

Just FYI coins.ph is an exchange wallet. I would not trust any wallet I am not totally in charge of so I trust mycelium more compared to it. I don't use other web wallets besides blockchain and I don not have a desktop wallet because I don't use pc much and I don't like it's big space.

I have used both blockchain and coinbase wallet. Both are good and both are online. So they can be closed anytime and you may loose all your bitcoin savings. However, if you are holding a small amount of bitcoin, then you can use coinbase over blockchain because, coinbase doesn't have a transaction fee.
But for high amount of bitcoin, it is advisable to use hardware wallet only. It will take huge space and time download the blockchain but your money will be safe.

For me I can suggest Bitcoin core and multibit hd, they're both good to use, It is because many of the member in bitcoin community they suggested these two most of often. Meaning it has a good track record when it comes for keeping our bitcoin in the wallet addresses. Even me I'm using these two.

definitely true,if you saving your bitcoin with "only small amount" in an exchanger it's will be fine but if the amount were high,it'll be risky even coinbase who already build its own reputation and become the one of biggest exchanger will be also risky, should learn from bitfinex,a big exchanger that getting hacked and lose millions

The Higher the votes next to my choices will be my PICK and I will sign up to voted BTC WALLET.. Thanks in advance.. Depending when and how are you using the bitcoin wallet, if you travel a lot then a mobile client is a better choice for you like the Mycelium. Otherwise from the list above I would suggest the Bitcoin Core or Multibit (and why not Electrum?)

I used Electrum for quite sometime now, and I never have an issue regarding performance of it, I will vote OP that you should try Electrum especially if you have a 1mbps internet connection it can automatically sync without any problem and regarding transaction it is excellent.

bitcoin-qt would be the best if we talk about an hardware wallet, because that is the most trusted and used among the senior users of bitcoin world, so using that would make you satisfy if you hold your coins in it, just keep your private keys safe.
