Bitcoin may well survive at least another 30 to 50 years. By that time, most of the coins are mined and miners are surviving on transaction fees as the block reward (at 0.02 BTC) would be too small by then. We will be at the 12th reward era, but as early as the 7th era 99% of all bitcoins have already been mined, so the next 50 to 100 years it's almost just all transaction fees.

The 8th era is estimated to be 2036, but if history is any indication, we get there a year or two faster than what we can estimate today, so maybe 2034 or 2035. By 2032, the block reward is under a whole bitcoin or about 0.78 BTC.

If bitcoin survives in 30 years, then it will likely survive for another 30 after that.
i think no one can say anything so sure about bitcoin that how long will it say, but i am hopeful that bitcoin is going to be one of the best world crypto currency and it will stay for ever and people will use it as a currency for buying and selling every thing.
bitcoin has become the best in the cryptocurrency and no one can compete with bitcoin maybe never be replaced by another cryptocurrency as long those still interested with cryptocurrency.

I think upto next 15 years, no other cryptocurrency could replace the no.1 position of Bitcoin.

Even after that also, Bitcoin would still survive but may be not in the top position.

Until that time, Bitcoin holders will enjoy greater benefits

Do you think that any other crypto currency will have potential to get the No.1 position ?
No, there is no any altcoin which has that much potential to overcome the speed of bitcoin. Bitcoin is much faster at it way to success and all other coins are much behind from it.
