There is no way to "ensure the safety" of a PayPal transaction, not with a noob anyway. Go away.

Escrow won't help people trading with you because you can just chargeback.

The only safe way for the buyer of your PayPal funds is if you agree that the escrow will hold the fund for 180 days because you can reverse it very easy

If you have a verified PayPal account you have a few option you can try here is the one that i use myself and they are 100% legit :

* Wesellcrypto

* Virvox

* Localbitcoins (sellers may ask a lot of verifications)

The options listed are not the cheapest ones but you can quickly do a deal if you are serious about this
