Wrong. Most people who are in jail and shouldn't be, are there because they HAVE representation. It is representation by a lawyer/attorney, or by yourself that puts you into their custody.

Why do you need representation? You don't. Simply make it known that you are standing PRESENT - not represented - as a man or woman - NOT REPRESENTED - and let your man/woman accuser get on the stand and show everyone how you harmed them. If the accuser is a corporation and it says this in the indictment paperwork - even a government entity - they can't take the oath and get on the stand. Why not? The government is paperwork.

It is unfair to deny Marijuana to millions of ordinary Americans when the ruling elite can use it whenever they want. The law must be same for everyone. Correct!  Maybe Obama will favor the legalization because he do not want her daughter to be jailed.  Her daughter, his family should portray a good image, a good example of citizen abiding law in all aspects of life.  They should be the one to promote that no one is above the law.

i don't know about the law of 18 years old for smoking in US. but as long as she don't make any illegal think, i think its just fine but i think she might not show in the public that she was smoke because its not good for her father reputations. but i don't know if that picture is taken by accidentally.

yes there are very strict regulations seem to children, smoking is not like a drugs why apply minimum age for smoking . very disgusting thing.

I am not convicted enough to be 100% sure it also looks like a cigarette on that picture. Is this the only proof that is found or do I miss something. Even if it's cannabis I don't think her Dad did know about it.

That is not the issue here. I don't mind whether she asked for permission from Obama to smoke weed or not (Obama himself was known to smoke weed in his youth). When doing that was against the law, she must have followed the law rather than taking unfair advantage out of her father's position as the president of the United States.

Agreed but i want to see it regulated to some extent.

I don't want to put up with second hand dope smoke / smells anymore
than smokers do when i light up a cigarette.

And i smoked weed 75% of my life roughly so i know about it and support it's sane legalization.
