Name is just an unique identifier for any coin so i don't see having same name will be realistic and talking about github i think you can't have same name in two user accounts, so whatever you called your coin by name you can't own same name in github account.

Yeah it's possible but i don't recommend doing it. But you probably don't know how to do it because you don't even know how github works.

Technically, it's 100% possible to make a coin with the exact same name. It's possible to get the sourcecode on github.

If you look at my page: https://github.com/merelcoin you can clearly see that i forked, for example, GenesisH0. It has the exact same name as the original, but it's just saved under my username.

However, as being said before, releasing a coin with the same name as an other coin will lead to a lot of confusion, and a lot of sites will probably refuse to list your coin if it has the same name as an existing one
