It has been only 30 hours since launch and you expect all the exchanges to list it. I'm sure more major exchanges would list it in near future. However, Iconomi would develop it's own exchange for icn in coming months.
ICN being listed on exchanges is not what makes it a success or failure. It would be the performance of performance and index funds which would define the success.
If the funds were successful, then dividends would be greater. If dividends are greater, then demand would be more. Which would increase its popularity and which would increase the number of exchanges. Meanwhile, it would gain a major portion of economy.

So the correct measure of success of project is ...

Funds successful => Dividends increase => Demand , popularity increases => would would give iconomi major portion of economy => Project Successful !

See at the top of form , 'Duplicate entries would be deleted'. There's no use in filling up that form.

If we are going to flood the coin requests for Iconomi, the dev team would be very much frustrated. And the same thing would happen that happened with myetherwallet.

That's not true.
The Poloniex team does its own research, checking the code and getting an overview of the relevant community.
The most major projects are added by Poloniex if they works properly.

The Coin Request can help but is rather intended for smaller coins.
