That's because the coin was released 5 hours ago for withdrawel and there are obviously no preparations to have it fixed on exchanges for a successfull launch. After it was postphoned due to Ethereum hardfork they had enough time to get it done. Besides that time is money.

No it's just hidden.  Please search this thread for MyEtherWallet instructions or the Medium blogs by Iconomi.  They created detailed instructions, maybe even linked from ico.iconomi.com
