Hello! Yesterday took advantage of the exchange on the chip-chap.com, paid for the purchase of coins, and began interesting! First, they have written to me that they had run out of coins, then they wrote that they had any problems, and this morning was told that if we do not solve the problem, then send coins in an hour, then ignore! Do not use this exchanger will keep you up to date!

Hello Reinhard,

Yesterday we get a lot of SafetyPay transactions in a few time. First of all we spend our bitcoins destined to cover the Safetypay service and we were working to solve that situation and pay all the transaction.

But then Safetypay people talk to us and say that some transactions were fraud. Someone has entered in the bank of other people and pay with Safetypay to get Bitcoin.

Well.. we know the majority of Bitcoin users works with that currency because is better than traditional currencies, but there are others they want to make fraud, and making fraud at the expense of other people.. we think is not right.

From now we can't pay your money because we don't know if it is yours, just need to check it with Safety to know what transactions are good and what transactions aren't.

From Chip-Chap team we apologize because we know, if you make everything right it isn't your problem and you are suffering it, if is that case we're really sorry. But you don't have to be worried, because if you pay from your account you will receive your money.

We are a small company and sometimes we have some problems but we always work to solve all problems our users had. We're not scammers and the people wich works from a long time with us know it well.

This is not a way to block everything in the transaction and force people to wait for a few days !!! As a result of that? How much you'll still pull the time and tell stories to people Huh

Dear Reinhard,

This is the way, because we work with a third part service and we can't control all the way. And yes, we need time to identify wich transaction are fraud and wich no. Anyway we will send your Bitcoins and close the SafetyPay service.

Regards.
