I want to set up a mining for a charity I want to set up (www.btcaid.org). The website will have a javascript miner which will allow Joe Blogs to mine for coins.

Any suggestions, tips?

Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

Looks like you are right. With the little searching I did, it seems that javascript mining with web pages only produces tiny results. Is that because they are using the CPU of the visitor, rather than the video card?
