They need to extend it to the sending of Bitcoins too, but if the 2FA was bypassed or compromised at login, no form of 2FA will help, when transactions are being send. You might link that to another mobile phone to strengthen the 2FA, if you want double protection. In some countries SiM swap & duplication is quite common, so this is not 100% bulletproof.

This is only for logging in. If someone is able to get past this verification, they have access to the whole wallet; meaning that they can send Bitcoin. In my experience with Bitcoin, I have never come across a paper wallet that has 2FA. I don't see the use of it either. I would consider it as a nuisance each time I want to send Bitcoin. If you have a strong password with number and capital letters, you don't need such 2FA before every transaction.

You can check with coinbase.com 2fa wallet security with sms and email confirmation before logging from a new computer or internet connection, It is very good security because if a person is able to hack your email but he cannot log in to your mobile and get the sms code. I have faced the hack of my computer once and my electrum desktop wallet got hacked and the hacked got hold of my electrum wallet seed key but he was not able to hack my coinbase wallet as it was protected by 2fa - sms confirmation and then email confirmation of new IP login. So this way i got protected from coinbase but i lost my bitcoin worth 0.1btc from my electrum wallet and even i have to lose all wallet address because the hacker got the seed key and electrum dont have facility of changing the seed key.

2fa usualy be used before login to online wallets, Blockchain and blocktrail are using it too. And there are codes who must be filled before sending bitcoin ( you can set it) and does not 2fa.

Functions 2FA security working before you login so when you have passed that stage you can directly to send bitcoin without need 2FA code.

+1 for your signature campaign totals.. you have no clue what OP is asking. He needs a service, where you need to use 2FA before you send funds from your account. The 2FA at login with some services has nothing to do with this need. Blockchain.info has 2FA at login, and it has a secondary password before you can send money. The problem with this is, once you logged in, you can change that password. So it has little value, if your account is compromised.

Coinbase offers this kind of feature, you can specify in which situations you require 2FA. For example: Require verification code to send:
Any amount of bitcoin or ethereum — Most secure Over 1.2000 BTC (64.3087 ETH) per day Never — Least secure

That just looks like a second verification before sending your amount you will be required to putting your codes in there. but I think that has already become a mandatory requirement for all of online wallet provider.

You might link that to another mobile phone to strengthen the 2FA, if you want double protection. In some countries SiM swap & duplication is quite common, so this is not 100% bulletproof. On that idea, if you can bypass the first 2FA screen, can you not bypass the second one as easily? Coinbase.com uses 2FA on signup and, if you don't mind waiting 48 hours, you can store your coins in a vault and you can add as many emails and phones as you want to help keep the Bitcoins safe. You get authentication messages on each phone or email you add but you do have to wait the 48 hour cancellation period for protection. (I think there may be an option for you to customise your wallet in order to change this by producing another wallet and a google search would probably help you find information about this). I will like to know secured online wallets that require 2fa before sending btc.

Do you know any other wallet with this feature Send the coins through a bitcoin mixer in order to protect them. Alternatively, you could use an electrum wallet or another lite wallet to transfer funds and then it's like your receiving coins from a friend or something who likes to gamble. (If you do it every week, then it may look like you're advertising the site instead - which you are not banned for).
