I have a contact in Holland who could ship those cards if you want, its an IT company with a hardware shop. Ships anywhere in the world and never lost a package and never had any problems.
At the moment he has 4 used R9 390's for sale and a few 480's if im correct. I could hook you guys up, just let me know.

Are you willing to provide him the tracking number or simple air mail which takes months ? What could go wrong if he is paying for the shipping and you get him the tracking number ? The possibilities of cards getting lost is remote with the tracked shipping.
