Escrow is not really a issue for payment of 0.05$. I think the only concern what sort of site it is and making multiple accounts on that single site is legitimate or not.
I will appreciate if you can share the site so that we know before applying if we are willing to work for not.

I'm almost sure that site admin will realize that something fishy is going on when he finds out so many IP adresses with multiple sign ups.They always check for fake registrations after the end of every referral contest and all these new accounts will probably get banned.

When I posted a thread with a referral link, admins deleted it.
That's why I tell peoples to PM me, then I will send them the referral link.
