So does this mean that I sold all of my Bitcoins for no reason?

I believe the OP the whole time, I was just acting like I did not.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Oh wait... what is it? Bitcoin you said? It sounds fantastic to me. BUY! BUY! BUY!  Grin

More seriously... your threat was so ridiculous. Shame on you dude. Go buy some new good stories with your BTC left. Oh no! You've already sold 'em all before the predicted crash. My bad...

It did not even fluctuate 10 cents.

Your trolling skills suck, you have proven that you do work in the media. Go back to the teletype.

Some news will be put to light on national television. Wheels are in motion to ban bitcoin exchange in one country, and this may spread internationally.

I heard an asteroid was headed straight for the internet.

:Golf clap:

If I've said anything amusing and/or informative and you're feeling generous:

Good news... here comes the rocket ship!

Nice nuanced  BBC handling of the subject, precise in the details and a balanced amount of skepticism.

"Being backed by an agreed upon shared algorithm" should have been mentioned unless they by "unbacked by any government" meant no authority committed to stabilizing the price of Bitcoin if it is under threat?

Man, this will rally the market, not crash.

This is just the same shit we had from 'Zyphus' and his friends last week. The post above with falso rumours should actually be moderated. Differing opinion is good. Purposely false rumours aren't...
