That is quite wrong as if the accounts are registerd in 2011 and 2013 potential activity should be much more than that. A user activity is updated every 14 days or every Tuesday after 14 days something like that. To give us a clear example you should give us the btcaccountprice estimator price and details. If its true that these accounts are registered in 2011 and 2013 then you are selling them for a really low price. But first we have to check the token from the estimator.

If he deleted any post from those accounts on the activity period the accounts will loose activity as well, but i do believe the year of the accounts doesnt mean nothing, just for colectors those accounts has value.
