Stakes would be returned if the game ended in a push or tie (with no draw wager available and according to rules), if the game was cancelled (did not take place) or if the game was rescheduled (beyond acceptable time according to rules).
Stakes would also be returned if you placed a bet after the match had already begun (ie. the match was already started).
If you believe your particular bet does not fall into the above categories, shoot me a PM or email support with your account information and we can investigate your particular case in more detail.

Well, looks like the match had already started when I bet.
So if I had bet before the match started, it would be accepted, even if the time you listed was inaccurate?
And if I believe I lost my bet on something which already started when I bet, I should contact support?
And last question: withdrawal by bitcoins is manual, meaning I should contact you with my receiving address to withdraw my balance?
That would be the reason why your bet was cancelled. Please note we try to keep all our start times accurate, but at times (especially with e-sports) games schedules can change suddenly and we may have games available which have started, or take games off the board which still have an hour or more before their newly designated start time.
If you bet before the match had started your wager would of course stand regardless of the start time listed on our website, according to the rules. If you believe you lost something which started already then yes you should contact support immediately (
support@nitrogensports.com).
Please keep in mind we are trying to offer the community an honest and safe place to play and we hope that players do not try to take advantage of obvious errors. Mistakes do happen, but most of the time it is easy to spot those trying to take advantage. All it does in the end is load up the support team with more work!
Withdraw of bitcoins is automatic every 24 hours, (if you have no pending wagers) it will be sent back to the depositing address. You can also email support at any time to request a withdraw outside of the daily withdraw and they will try to accommodate this. Yes, you can contact support with your receiving address to be sure; it will stay locked with your account for all future withdraws.
