Хочу перевести несколько тысяч USD наличными в BTC, положить их на свой кошелек и ждать роста курса  Smiley. Подскажите, каким образом это сделать с минимальными комиссиями?

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

если наличкой то нужно искать менял в твоем городе смотри вот тут смотри отзывы что бы не кинулли https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=20.0 и тут https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=23.0 можно еще через биржу но с такой суммой нужно будет верифицироваться
