Need someone who knows about creating altcoins

I want to start a small project where i can create a new altcoint for my country and then take it worldwide,  currently there is only 1 altcoin and it is very big at $45 i believe if i can make a better coin and find someone or a partner to work with we could make some serious money.

I will be Paying 0.1 BTC to someone who can provide me with the information required for someone who wants to create an Altcoin. I need someone who has done this before, if you can PM me your skype for better communication, I will keep updating this since I am still doing some research on this project and hope to get as much information from one person as possible.
