You can go ahead and contact the OP because the sim number that i sent him is not working, don't know the reason but google is not accepting it, my phone number is a brand new and It's strange that does not work with google.

Whats your operator? Its odd that google could not recognize it. Try to call your service provider. Maybe in the future you'll need that.

Dont you think using other's mobile number to verify your account will put your account at risk of being stolen anytime?For what purpose you want that email?
