They can be carded or obtained illegally by ewhoring or bought using stolen credit cards.

If you can't prove that its legit then you being Newbie & willing to sell this card is not helping your cause.

Amazon cancels the orders even after the card is redeemed if it's not obtained illegally. So, whosoever would buy this card from you needs to be cautious of the fact that you're not disclosing the source of this code.
