Why is this sub-forum so dead and unmoderated?

This sub-forum is just ugly to watch.

99% SPAM Threads, the rest is almost dead.

most of the time this sub is the same way.
when the price is hot, everybody is spamming FUD about bitcoin to push it in one way or another.
and when price is not moving everybody goes to a winter sleep

Well thats true, specially now because there's no big increase or decrease of the price, so this sub furom is dead until something good oe bad happens to bitcoin price.
