yes, with coinbase overbooked and mtgox also overbooked (i hear about 3000 to 5000 accounts waiting to be validated to be able to buy coins there) i would say it's going to keep it up for some time.

right now its more like steadily going up, so keep it calm Smiley

also, keep in mind the percentage... 3 btc out of 80 is just like going up 2-3%, not so much.

also, with current speed, you can expect bigger ups and down (more in the 20-30%), thats more of a skyrocket (or bottomrocket :-P) but normal in current market situation. it goes up quite fast, but then support doesnt yet exist at that price, it keeps swinging a bit until it stabilizes again. learn to read volumes in bitcoinity or mtgox, it will help you to understand the market workings.

Don't do it! I suggest supporting the bitcoin economy by spending them on goods or services. You are still taking profits, in that you get greater value in return than the "real monies" you began with.

You can get an auto ticker on mtgox for your browser. This way you can watch your investment without needing to go back and for through web pages, brilliant!

In the grand scheme of things, it's still pretty cheap.

It's been estimated that if Bitcoin overtakes Paypal as a means of online money transactions, then the volume of trades alone will make btc worth more than $2,000

If Bitcoin ever became the dominant currency of the world (which I have huge doubts about happening.  I suspect that someone will invent another cryptocurrency that fixes some significant problems by then), then it would be worth over $1,000,000/btc
