Those multi or bi lateral trade agreement have replaced all actions toward the wto. Why is the us policy to doom it? If they don't support it... There must be a reason.

No, those agreement only took the wto agenda to higher level. The minimum base still being WTO. You also have a social life while having a closer relation with your neighbors and relatives (one with your interest matches)

This is even simple to understand. There are regional preference for goods, services, interests.
