Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

Sorry, but this isn't the place for you. On the risk of sounding incredibly cliche, PayPal trades for bitcoin are reversible and thus no one will willingly trust a newbie like you (not intended as an insult) for such a trade.

But what you can do is withdraw the PayPal funds into a different mode of transfer (such as a bank account) and continue on through there.
