Sigma (XSA) is a Scrypt PoW/PoS Hybrid currency. The code that Sigma is cloned from is based off of Litecoin, and follows the same framework as almost all Bitcoin-based alternate currencies. The digital token features 64-second transactions, with an annual inflation rate of 75% per annum, compounding every time interest is accrued. Despite the basic framework and common codework of Sigma, it will focus on being a popular digital token used for trading. The premine will be used for market making, development, bounties, and faucets. Due note that as Sigma is focusing on becoming a trading coin, there also is a reasonable BTC fund set up by the founders of the coin to allow early-on price support.

Dude when yobit set the rule that only 20% premine coins are allowed didn't meant that you set an imaginary max supply and you make 20% premine of it.

Could you please tell us about the premine , is 20% of the total coins? because as far as i understand from POW will be 10.000.000 coins ( less because of POS ) , so the premine is 2M?

20% of the entire supply. The premine address won't be staked to allow smaller holders to make up most of the network weight. The premine will be used to pay off bounties, pay for services, and a specific market making project that will be brought to light once we get listed on an exchange.
