The alternative is to use one of those btc to credit card / debit card things, so you can pay using visa, mastercard or whatever, then pay the credit card.

Actually, with rebit / coins / bills.ninja and others like them, you can use any PH based credit card to buy almost anything, then just pay your card with btc.
