You cant use images or pictures in your signature unless you upgraded to higher ranks.Once your rank reach higher,you would be allow longer signature codes which means you can then use img codes also and use picture in your signature.
I dont know if forum rules however allow external images in signatures

Picture is not allowed in the signature but if you dont know about the bcc code then you should hire a signature designer which in some cases they can design your logo or picture in the ascii format.

yeah , images  is not allowed in signatures, but you can use unicodes, or ascii arts..

You must be atleast a Sr.member to use image codes in your signature but make sure to ask forum staff if the picture you are using is allowed or not

no matter what is his rank, no one can use pictures in the signature or you probably mean image in the signature that is coded with BBcode

No picture code is allowed in forum, does not matter the rank, you are hero and you can try thay you can not put image on your signature, it will display only the link.

 Q: Why can't I put <insert something like a link, image or color> into my signature?
A: There are signature restrictions based on member rank:

- Newbie: No styling (including links) allowed. Max 50 characters.
- Jr. Member: Links allowed. Max 150 characters.
- Member: Unlimited length.
- Full: Color allowed.
- Sr. Member: Size allowed
- Hero: Background color allowed

It's purely complex designing skill to make it and you need some time to make it happen.
Maybe you can practice via program like corel draw and make grid on it so you can make your own design

Practice makes perfect , you must learn from basic to be good on designing
