escrow can't do anything if the paypal sender chargeback

You don't have any trust here to buy bitcoins with paypal because paypal is a reversible payment method and bitcoin is a non-reversible payment method.

You don't have any trust here to buy bitcoins with paypal because paypal is a reversible payment method and bitcoin is a non-reversible payment method.

Well, I need BTC at decent rate, What should I do then ? Just sit and wait until I magically gain trust ?
Also, sending payments as gift/goods is a choice to reduce the chance of chargeback

Cash your PayPal out into something else and buy BTC with an irreversible payment method.

There is a reason why there is no "decent rate" for Bitcoin to PayPal conversions.
