No stacked address?

There is no staked address. But one address was posted more than 3 months ago. I can sign a message from that address.

You'd really have to hand over the private key of that staked address to make it viable to the auction.  It's always random when someone will be asked to sign a message from a staked address.

I can sign a message that I sell the account to the buyer.

I do not give out private keys.

Start Price and BIN are too close. So with only 2 offer BIN will be reached . I suggest you to lower start price or move up BIN now price.
