Receiving anything first doesn't ensures a safe exchange. Payza is reversible just like PayPal.
You should better be careful before dealing with any Newbies with a reversible payment processor otherwise you will end up losing those funds as well as your account

They are just playing and wasting people's time, I get that all the time, people start a trade and leave, justb don't give it too much importance and move on.
