First i want to say that its good to see you back with new faucet. I had only good experience with your last one. I hope you will find a way to give your users higher rewards. What is with 5% referral, can you give higher commission?

Well its been a while, and since then I have changed wallet address.
Seems like you still had the database.

I have no idea where it comes from, for faucets I only use one wallet.
Maybe you have connected every wallet to a certain IP?
That would be a problem for people with dynamic IP's.
