You can always gamble with your coins, there is so many interesting games. In the same time you are investing your money, spending and there is always a chance to finish playing with more money in pocket then at the beginning.
I think OP didn't said nothing new, in order to spend and make money you need a lot of money for start. Its same with every currency and bitcoin can not be different about it. At least with bitcoin potential just with keeping one day we can be rich, with other currencies we can't count on that.

Yeah maybe sometimes you will end up having more money in pocket but the possibility of having nothing at end are more than having more, so that is really a bad choice for spending bitcoins if you are not willing to just blow them up anywhere without doing anything for yourself.

Going into gambling and believing that you're going to make money is the first step to losing your money. Always go into gambling expecting that you're going to lose your money, and potentially all of it, and take any money that you end up earning as a nice bonus to what would otherwise just be a series of losses with a few wins in between.

well, hold your bitcoin and waiting for a good moment in high rate is a good choice to save and keep your bitcoin and if the rate is up so high, then you can sell your bitcoin. don't invest your bitcoin in cloud mining, but you can use your doge to make invest in free cloud mining. beside that i think you don't mind to keep your bitcoin as investment in long term because bitcoin itself is an investment.

gambling is interesting for sure and it is entertaining but it is also a way of losing your coins and these days bitcoin is worth keeping and not losing it in gambling and crazy things like that because the price is rising and we wouldn't wantt to miss out.

Well if you'd bought a bunch of bitcoin when this thread started in August, you'd have made a good bundle.  And if you'd bought earlier in the year when we were logjammed at $420, you'd have made even more.  To me, bitcoin is for holding, not fussing around with.  You can spend it, but I think that's silly.  And then there's gambling and drugs.  Bitcoin will likely always have utility there.

In my country we only have one café where we can pay with Bitcoin at, a psychiatry and just under five online tech shops. So I can't do much with Bitcoins unless I need to buy a new phone or a new computer. I'm thinking about speaking to shop managers regarding implementing Bitcoin as a payment method, which would make it popular maybe in my country too.

There are always possibilities to make a lot of money in the altcoin market, all it takes is being on the right coin holding the right amount and selling at the right time. Of course, this is very hard to guess...

Also people has realized most ICOs will only make you lose money, and most alts stagnate for life. The few that pump like ETC or XMR or ETH are on the winning and small side.

Yes there are many things that you can do with bitcoins, if its an investment for you then better you hold them for a long term and if you are a risk taker then you can spend them in trading where you always have an opportunity to grow them in long term and at the same time allowing  you to make good profits.

Simply hold your bitcoins and wait for the price increasing, you can make some earning easily with this method. But if you have good experience about trading altcoins you can try it as well

Besides using it as a currency it seems like its impossible to make money off of bitcoins unless you already have some serious cash , mining bitcoins is long done nd over with nd its seems like trading/exchange doesnt give you much of a profit , so im just wonding as someone just now arriving to this dead party whats there to do with bitcoin ?

Just accept the fact that the ship has sailed and that most of us did not see what was coming when we first heard about Bitcoin. The price was around $5 when I first read about it but I did not even pay enough attention because I thought it was just a play toy by hackers. The next time I checked the price was going to $100 then that is when I started paying attention.

Since the ship left without us the next thing to do is to create Bitcoin services. For me the best to create are darknet based services because that is where Bitcoin really is "at home".

Yeah, even the icos are reaching the saturation level. Perhaps buy, hold and promote BTC is the right thing to do.
