Firstly, you should control yourself, otherwise it become dangerous for you, and one day you become addictive person. So be-careful before it the day will come.
I wanna suggest you, only play gambling with your extra money and don't play it daily. Your should follow my suggestion may be it help you.

I can control myself because if i don't, i know that i will soon get fucked. If you have any brains, you should stop too when you lost a good amount. Even if you win anyhow, you will lose it all in the next turn. It is better to play small or not to play anyway.

I have 2 strategies for that, 1 is controlling my by setting a limit on how much I can spend for gambling. So when I gamble I know what is my limit or up to how much Bitcoins I can loose in a day. 2nd is one I run out of Bitcoins to stake then that only means I need to go or stop gambling or that day. No begging for Tips, no loan and no begging. If I ran out of Bitcoins its a sign for me to sign out and play another day.

In my view if you cannot control yourself then it is better to stop playing as in gambling patience and calculation is always needed. You should have the limit for everyday play whether you are winning or loosing. when you reach the limit of loss. then it is better to stop for the day and come next day fresh. I always put limit to my bet, because sometimes i cant control myself, the easiest way is to deposit the money that you can afford to lose for a day, and then if you are losing then you stop, if you are winning then withdraw your profit, i think by limiting your money you will be able to stop playing when you are losing and of course you need a commitment from yourself

i think that's the key there.. self control. when you start betting i think you should have a certain amount already that you're ready to lose. now whether you win or you lose you stick to that certain amount. if you win then good for you, you can continue to play but you're now playing with money you've already earned. if you lose, then you have to stop, turn around and leave.

The suggestion is either 1. not gamble at all, or 2. set win/loss limits and stick to them. Losing sucks, but losing more sucks even more. You're not supposed to gamble thinking you're going to come out ahead; it's for entertainment purposes only. If you come out winning, GREAT, congrats, but don't expect it again. I have the same suggestion with him. I just want to add that if you choose option 2 which is setting win/loss limits, you must be self disciplined. Setting limits will be useless if you are not disciplined to stop yourself on playing and go beyond that limits. I'm in control of myself in terms of gambling. For the martingale fanatics, the answer would be yes they would continue to play and even increase their bet as the martingale strategy is about, but for me if I reached a certain streak of loses in one seating I would call it a day because simply luck is not on your side. The more you challenge your self in beating that losing streak the more youbare digging yourself to the grave of losers.

you have to change your minds about it, if you keep doing this you are just wasting time and spending your money.
Are you not tired of always losing it all without gey any? try to control yourself by having a target. or if have a friend who can help you to save your money when it wins. I ever do this and quite well, when I could not control myself.

After losing big amount with martingale now I am very responsible with gambling, and I can say this without any confusion I can control over my emotion during gambling, I know this how went bad this could be and there is no guarantee to get recover after losing amount, I play with some limit and it doing very good work for me.
