Yes I can control myself when it comes to gambling and I never chase after losses like a lot of gamblers do and this only get's them more in trouble most of the time.I set myself a limit each week and stick to it, yes sometimes it can be hard but you just need to be discipline and control your emotions and not get caught up in it all. i think it is one of the most difficult job of the world to control your temper while playing gambling. to me i am also feeling very hard to control my self while playing gambling. and that is the reason that for so many times i lost a lot of money in gambling.

It is true and I agree with that and the only way to get our of such frustration is just stop betting when you feel you are angry. Don't think anything and just close your computer. I have been doing this for a little while and I have been able to control, myself but that too needs some control.

For this only it is told to maintain the bankroll and rule to play only 7 to 10 games if you are playing in dice, like you have to keep the limit of 25% of you bankroll for daily playing and in that also do 5% limit in bets in dice play for some time and if you are in profit just leave for that day and do some other work , if you simply follow this steps then you can be in profit or atleast wont be in full loss

Good for you as i wanted to be like that too mate i tried many times to just win small amount then quit from day to day and i got some success the problem is i cant control loses as i continue chasing back those loses if i have a bad day and instead of stopping i keep playing resulting to lose my capital, i guess i need some more time so i decided to limit my gambling activities.

Yes, he is actually right. If you lose, you will be angry so you will want to have a "revenge"to get your money back. And that is the problem whenever you lose. But if you win, you will be confident and that is another problem because you think you are in a good run so you keep gambling. I think, you must have a limit.
