When you are a gambler then you can look for other habits in order to quit gambling that means you can control yourself. Because if you can not control yourself, you will be stuck there and will not be seeking another habit to divert your gambling habits. You have the point but we are not all the same solution to control our self  well for me i just gamble with small amount and gamble with fun..

I realy know how that feels when you already experience to be a winner and suddenly  you became a loser because you lost all your winnings in a short period of time which is really frustrating and when that happen you will rage and emotion will go out and the possibility of depositing again is high.
