Honest when I lost quite eager to continue gambling, it seems I can not control my srlf, but when I realized it was exhausted and immediately stop gambling. So, I find it hard to control my self when lose but when win I could.
That is the case of most of the addicted as they do not stop and continue till last and in the last when they realize they they are exhausted then they stop. Actually at that stage they do not find any more money to continue their gambling for further. It is a harm for their family. They have to learn to stop in the start. But maybe for them it will be hard as even after that when they get some money they start again. |

Thats not good ,If you can control yourself when winning you can do it also when losing more on its a good practice because yoir on the half way from controlling your discipline through playing gambling. I advice or situation which can help you out of the game when losing . have a 3-5 losing streak in the first bets or aim for 3lose and thats it make it as indicator for you to stop playing. |

In this you can control your feeling by not investing more into it for some time. Difference between free betting and betting with your money is your money. All gambling rules are pretty much the same, if you say that you can win with free bets most of the time, than you can win with your money most of the time, and i just can't agree with you here. Also, if someone can't control himself like OP said, i don't see how free bets will help him to not deposit after series of losses with free bets. |

I think most of gambler can not control himself/herself. Bcz gamblers have ambition. You cant control urself with ambition. First need to learn control ambition. Also if u have greedy, then i hope u will get better soon Control is impossible. When im loosin, i think only win. That think push me to lose. I dont know how to stop it. May be im addict to lose.
