That's the truth, controlling our emotion will affect our performance. Because if we don't have guide or reminder, we are just going to gamble all along and we tend to keep on losing. yes that is what people have to do when they feel they gonna gamble like losing minds or something they have to cooling down themselves by take a break for a while , think about how biggest impact you will get if you keep losing etc.

This likely has something to do with your personality. If you can accept losses, there should be no reason to go tilt.

I cannot assure you I cannot tilt, that is just part of the nature of a gambler and maybe you have been able to develop your skills and you are a professional gambler. i think as a friends, we can do something at least to save his life and we can prevent him to not come into gambling places or gambling sites, i know it would be difficult but we can not stay while we see our friends is having a trouble and losing control of himself. who knows your friends will listen to your advice and want to stay away from gambling and finally you can safe your friend life.

I suffered in that way too, having a hard thing to quit on gambling because in times that you are winning you are eager to win again so there is the so called addiction but then it leads of losing money. I guess the best way there is to have big discipline on ones part.

very honestly it is also very difficult for me to control myself while playing gambling, although i tried for so many times but still cannot succeeded in control myself. i made so many plan regarding such issues but still not a fruitful result still found.

I lost 0.3btc today just on basket ball games.

Exactly, sometimes we are too greedy to push our luck to win more. There is no contentment in our life because we have no written game plan to follow, we are gambling with our greediness and we want to be rich in a faster way using the method of gambling. I guess the rate of success in that way is very slim, only few succeeded in gambling and most of them has the ability to control themselves and gamble with discipline. If we do not have that, we will not last in the game.
