How do you keep yourself under control? Do you follow any disciplinary actions for yourself? That's what I do most part to help me prevent further losses (if I lost) and that's going to be hard if you don't know how to do it. I do bet small amounts sometimes especially if I have extra money, that's what I use, not something that I would purposely deposit from my salary or something.

Yeah , most of the times I controlled myself for the gambling after back to back to loss .
Well here I don't think everyone can control himself for the Gambling Because in the starting to control himself for gambling was tedious task .
But now after a big loss I realized that control on gambling is big thing for us to control the loss of money .
Here I will suggest you for the make of your own rules to make gambling . I mean fix a particular amount for per day or per week and make promise with himself that you will not make gambling with more than that of the particular amount of the bitcoin .

Having strong self control does really need when we do play gambling because this will surely restrict us to bet even more money and you are right losing money can be controlled out on how strong your self control is.If you dont have this then expect for you to lose huge amounts since you will surely play no matter what.

You are a very lucky man and I envy your winnings. I don't really win too much and that makes me sad that I see a lot of people win a lot of money from gambling. However, if I do win something from gambling, I would just keep it and save for the future as I would really need it. Probably invest it in more bitcoins.

That is a good example of self controlled in gambling but its still risky.
In gambling you must considered your money you use in gambling is a spare money and dont considered gambling as a money making machine.

Not sure what is up with all the "control your emotions when gambling" drama in this forum. Do you cry while gambling or something? I know you get outrageous sometimes or excited depending on the situation, but those are meant to be felt. You can't just cut out the emotional part of your brain and then start winning from gambling. No matter how calm you gamble, or no matter how outrageous you got while placing a bet, if you're lucky then you'll win. Otherwise, then you'll lose. That's just it. There's no "I'm calm so I win" thing going on.

Yes, probably I play gambling for the reason of entertaining. When my money lose in gambling it is enough for that day. Then I play for the other day or another wek. In playingbI control myself by relaxing and think wise before betting to avoid stress. Just alot money when playing gambling then play in long time, just bet small amount. Don't be greedy, just think that your purpose is to make some fun and for the pass time.

Yes I do control myself while playing gambling because I only use gambling just for fun. Actually, I play a low amount of money in gambling so even if I lose I will not regret and yet, I only play gambling just 2-3 times per month. Being addicted in gambling is bad and gambling has a low chance of winning so you better not use it as profitable activity. Gambling is not bad it, depends on you and how you will use it.
