Avalon Batch 3 Already started?

I am just trying to clarify,

on http://www.avalon-asic.com/
it says you can "Buy now"
when you go to buy now, it says sold out... Did i miss something here or is that just until they release the batch order process?

Also if you look on ebay people are selling their Batch 3 Pre-order... Now im just wondering if I missed it or something lol...

They went on sale monday at 7:30 am central time and sold out in about 3 minutes.

They "sold out" in about 3 minutes. Then all of those orders that people reserved/checked out and did not pay for got automatically cancelled, and some of them became available. They were still in stock when I checked at 5 PM eastern time yesterday, and then they finally sold out after. I got one!
