I feel like I've been robbed and have just sat here watching the value of my USD plummet relative to BTC. I do not understand why all of my attempts to resolve the disappearance of $200 have been ignored. Any help and a reply would be highly appreciated.

I am still awaiting the deposit in my Bitstamp account.

To date, I have still received zero communication from Bitinstant. When will I be informed on what happened with my money? When will I receive payment to my Bitstamp account? Will I be compensated for losses due to the failure of your service to work as described? Why should I ever use your service again?
So, I received an email 4 days ago in response to this exact post that I emailed in saying that my order had been processed. I only received the funds in my Mt. Gox account, not my Bitstamp account.

Moreover, Yankee mentioned that compensation would be provided. Is this a lie? If not, how and when will such compensation be provided? This has all been extremely frustrating.
I HAVE STILL YET TO RECEIVE ANY SORT OF AN EXPLANATION FROM YOU GUYS. I HAVE BEEN VERY PATIENTLY WAITING FOR WELL OVER A WEEK NOW. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY MONEY AND IN WHAT MANNER WILL I BE COMPENSATED FOR LOST MONEY DUE TO DELAYS OUTSIDE OF THE CONTRACT OFFERED ON YOUR END? I FEEL LIKE I HAVE BEEN ROBBED. THE PRICE OF BITCOIN HAS DOUBLED AND I HAVE LOST HALF OF MY VALUE BECAUSE OF INEPTITUDE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ON YOUR END. THIS IS MY LAST POST IN HERE BEFORE A DETAILED EXAMINATION OF YOUR SERVICE IN A DEDICATED POST IN A VISIBLE BOARD. YOU HAVE STOLEN $100 FLAT OUT FOR OVER A WEEK AND HAVE DESTROYED AN ADDITIONAL $150 IN VALUE OF MINE.

I AM BEGGING YOU TO RESPOND AND RETURN MY MONEY. WHY HAS IT COME TO THIS POINT? WHY IS THE BEST HOPE OF HEARING ABOUT WHAT IS GOING ON LOCATED IN THE NEWBIES SECTION OF A 3RD PARTY WEBSITE? WHY ARE WE IN THE DARK ABOUT WHAT IS ACTUALLY GOING ON?

I have yet to receive a single bit of communication regarding what is going on with them. Their messages are cryptic and nonspecific in their newbie thread. I have watched bitcoin soar to $88 today from the $40s when I gave these people my money. Don't give your money to these people. There is a constant stream of people with unprocessed transactions posting in their thread in the newbie area, and who knows how many more that don't know to post there.

I will not go away until I get my money back.

They say "time is money" and they've had my $100 for well over a WEEK and they haven't given it to me. Other people have posted problems being created and "resolved" during that week. What the hell happened to my money?

I don't even care if they give it to the bitstamp account or just refund my Dwolla - I just want my fucking money back. [/size]

Charlie! Please resolve my issue I'm sure it will take you no time at all if you actually sit down and do it! I put through $340 when BTC was at like $88, it is now at $150+ and I am pissed! Are you freaking kidding me!? I would have almost doubled my money if it wasn't for your company's mistake. Are you going to double my money? Doubt it... So just give me my original funds already!
